Responsibility
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with physical, developmental, or emotional disabilities
- Assess patients' functional abilities and create goals to improve daily living skills and independence
- Provide therapeutic interventions for fine motor skills, sensory processing, and cognitive rehabilitation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment to enhance quality of life
- Maintain accurate patient records and document progress according to professional standards
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences
- Stay current with occupational therapy best practices and emerging rehabilitation technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid occupational therapy license/certification (Indonesian or international equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working with diverse patient populations (pediatric, adult, geriatric)
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability for working in an international environment
