Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Conduct patient consultations, medical examinations, and follow-up assessments with a focus on evidence-based practice.
- Prescribe and administer medications, therapies, and preventive care in accordance with clinical guidelines.
- Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and healthcare staff to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health systems, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
- Participate in emergency response and on-call duties as required, providing urgent care when necessary.
- Stay current with medical advancements, protocols, and best practices through continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in general practice, outpatient care, or a related field.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
