Responsibility
- Assist registered nurses and medical staff in preparing patients for diagnostic procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Collect and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and other relevant information accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of diagnostic rooms, equipment, and supplies in compliance with hygiene standards.
- Transport patients to and from diagnostic areas using wheelchairs or stretchers as needed.
- Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients and their families during procedures.
- Monitor and restock medical supplies, ensuring availability of necessary materials for daily operations.
- Assist in basic patient care tasks, such as dressing changes, mobility support, and hygiene assistance.
- Adhere to all healthcare protocols, infection control measures, and confidentiality guidelines.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in diagnostics or patient care.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, basic nursing procedures, and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and compassion.
- Physical stamina to lift, move, or assist patients as required.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and basic computer skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
