Responsibility
- Provide advanced nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and best practices.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient treatment plans.
- Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and monitor patient vital signs with precision.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by enforcing infection control and safety protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nursing policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Valid Indonesian Nursing License (STR) and active membership in the Indonesian Nurses Association (PPNI).
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role.
- Proven expertise in patient care, emergency response, and team leadership in a hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a multicultural and high-volume environment.
