Responsibility
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, examinations, and diagnoses in accordance with medical best practices.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
- Prescribe medications, therapies, and preventive care measures as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health systems.
- Provide emergency medical care and stabilize patients in critical situations.
- Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum 2-5 years of clinical experience as a Medical Officer or in a similar role.
- Proven diagnostic and treatment planning skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality in patient care.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is advantageous.
