Responsibility
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient intake, registration, and record-keeping.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain clean and organized clinical areas, including treatment rooms and waiting areas.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Provide compassionate patient support, including escorting patients and addressing inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and clinic policies.
- Assist with minor medical procedures under supervision, such as taking vital signs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; certification in healthcare assistance is a plus.
- Prior experience in a clinical, hospital, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with patients and staff.
