Responsibility
- Assist in patient registration, check-in, and flow management during the event.
- Provide clear directions and information to attendees and healthcare staff.
- Support medical personnel with administrative tasks, such as distributing forms or materials.
- Ensure event spaces are organized, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Handle inquiries professionally and escalate concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Collaborate with the event team to maintain a welcoming and efficient environment.
- Monitor and restock supplies (e.g., brochures, sanitizers) as needed.
- Adhere to all confidentiality and data protection protocols for patient information.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare, customer service, or event support (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
