Responsibility
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage patient appointments, registrations, and medical records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including scheduling, billing, and documentation.
- Assist with basic clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs, preparing examination rooms, and maintaining medical supplies.

Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field is preferred.
