Responsibility
- Greet and assist patients with check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in the clinic management system.
- Maintain patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and billing information, with strict confidentiality.
- Assist medical staff with basic clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs, preparing examination rooms, and sterilizing equipment.
