Responsibility
- Operate and maintain X-ray, MRI, CT scan, and other medical imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Follow strict radiation safety protocols to protect patients, staff, and yourself from unnecessary exposure.
- Position patients correctly and adjust equipment settings to obtain optimal images for accurate diagnosis.
- Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to interpret imaging results and provide preliminary findings when required.
- Maintain detailed patient records, including imaging procedures, results, and any relevant clinical information.
- Ensure all imaging equipment is calibrated, cleaned, and functioning properly, reporting any malfunctions promptly.
- Educate patients on imaging procedures, addressing any concerns to ensure their comfort and cooperation.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in radiography technology and techniques through continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorās degree in Radiography, Medical Imaging Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid Radiographer license or certification recognized by the Indonesian Ministry of Health (or equivalent for international candidates).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiographer in a hospital or clinical setting (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in operating X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound machines with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety, patient care, and medical ethics.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating attention to detail, technical precision, and empathy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts, as required.
