In this dynamic role, you will serve as the trusted advisor to eye care specialists, introducing them to Meiji’s portfolio of high-impact ophthalmic products. Your mission will be to drive awareness, adoption, and long-term partnerships with clinics, hospitals, and private practices across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote Meiji’s ophthalmic products to eye care professionals (ophthalmologists, optometrists, and clinics) in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate healthcare providers on the benefits and proper use of Meiji’s ophthalmic solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and product improvement.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and promotional events.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the regional sales manager.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in ophthalmology and Meiji’s product pipeline to effectively communicate value propositions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, or a related field. A background in ophthalmology is a strong plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in the ophthalmology, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of medical ethics, compliance, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia’s healthcare sector.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
