Responsibility
- Provide telehealth nursing support to international patients, including triage, health assessments, and care coordination.
- Perform medical coding and billing using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS standards for accurate claim processing.
- Collaborate with U.S.-based healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care and documentation.
- Review and validate electronic health records (EHR) for compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
- Assist in training and onboarding new nursing staff on BPO workflows and coding protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security in all patient interactions and records.
- Utilize healthcare software (e.g., Epic, Meditech) to document and track patient information efficiently.
- Participate in quality assurance audits to improve service delivery and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Active USRN or PHRN license (mandatory; coding certification is a plus for higher salary tiers).
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (hospital, clinic, or telehealth preferred).
- Familiarity with medical coding systems (ICD-10, CPT) is advantageous for the ₱130K tier.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for patient and team interactions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, EHR software, and virtual communication tools).
- Willingness to work in Bali-based offices (relocation support may be provided).
- HIPAA knowledge or prior BPO experience is a significant advantage.
