Responsibility
- Provide high-standard patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signs.
- Administer medications, injections, and IV therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare staff to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health systems.
- Educate patients and families on health management, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
- Respond to emergencies with calm, efficient, and evidence-based interventions.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (Indonesian or internationally recognized with eligibility for local registration).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or similar healthcare setting.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and healthcare software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Demonstrated compassion, patience, and cultural sensitivity in patient interactions.
- BLS/ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain) is highly preferred.
