Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and medical advancements
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Participate in industry conferences and trade shows to expand professional network
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, or related field
- Proven experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bali
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry regulations
