Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the hemodialysis unit, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to maintain high performance and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Oversee patient care delivery, including treatment planning, monitoring, and documentation.
- Manage inventory and procurement of medical supplies and equipment to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and operational workflows.
- Implement quality assurance initiatives and participate in audits to enhance service delivery.
- Provide training and education to staff on new technologies, procedures, and best practices in hemodialysis care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred.
- Valid nursing license and certification in hemodialysis or nephrology nursing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hemodialysis nursing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of hemodialysis procedures, equipment, and patient care standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
