Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to improve articulation, fluency, voice, and language skills.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, occupational therapists, and educators, to ensure holistic client care.
- Design and implement customized intervention strategies for clients with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, or acquired communication disorders.
- Monitor and document client progress through detailed reports and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support communication development at home.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology to deliver cutting-edge services.
- Adhere to ethical standards and professional guidelines in all therapeutic interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid license or certification to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Indonesia or equivalent international credentials.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in assessing and treating communication disorders across various age groups.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for diverse client populations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with standardized assessment tools and therapeutic techniques in speech-language pathology.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
