Responsibility
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care in accordance with established protocols and patient care plans.
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to medical staff.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
- Maintain a safe and sterile clinical environment, including proper use and maintenance of medical equipment.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, providing critical care and stabilizing patients as needed.
- Uphold ethical standards and patient confidentiality in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (State Registered Nurse or equivalent) recognized in Indonesia.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and patient care techniques.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support); ACLS or other specialized certifications are advantageous.
