Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for healthcare staff, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and tailor learning solutions for clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules to enhance staff competencies in service operations and patient care.
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure training content is relevant, up-to-date, and impactful.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making data-driven improvements.
- Manage the Training & Development budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of high-quality learning initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in healthcare training to drive innovation in learning methodologies.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to junior trainers and staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the healthcare or government sector.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences, including clinical and administrative staff.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage and inspire learners at all levels.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., ATD, CIPD) is an advantage.
