Responsibility
- Perform advanced aesthetic procedures, including laser treatments (e.g., CO2, fractional, IPL), injectables (Botox, fillers, PRP), and other non-surgical cosmetic interventions.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess needs, recommend tailored treatment plans, and ensure informed consent.
- Monitor patient progress, manage follow-ups, and address any post-treatment concerns with high professionalism and care.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and safety protocols in medical aesthetics.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, high-quality aesthetic services.
- Maintain detailed medical records and adhere to clinic policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Educate patients on skincare, preventive measures, and long-term aesthetic maintenance.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, such as workshops or social media content, to promote clinic services.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a valid license to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Proven experience (minimum 2+ years) in aesthetic medicine, including hands-on expertise with lasers, injectables, and other cosmetic procedures.
- Certification in aesthetic treatments (e.g., from recognized institutions like the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine or similar).
- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to design customized treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse patients.
- Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous learning.
- Familiarity with medical software for patient management and record-keeping.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
