Responsibility
- Welcome and assist clients with a professional, friendly, and empathetic demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries, providing accurate information about clinic services, pricing, and promotions.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic workflows.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing inquiries with precision.
- Uphold clinic standards for cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the reception area.
- Address and resolve client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist, preferably in a healthcare, dental, or aesthetic clinic.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative software; experience with clinic management systems is advantageous.
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
