Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patientsā physical, cognitive, and emotional needs to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Design and implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve patientsā daily living skills and functional independence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (physicians, physiotherapists, nurses) to ensure holistic patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques, home modifications, and assistive devices to support long-term recovery.
- Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest occupational therapy research and best practices to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in inpatient rehabilitation, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of neurological, orthopedic, and geriatric rehabilitation principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Proficiency in using therapeutic equipment and assistive technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
