Responsibility

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical audits to assess compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement audit plans, including risk assessments, sampling methodologies, and data collection tools.
  • Analyze clinical data and performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in patient care.
  • Collaborate with medical staff, nurses, and administrators to address audit findings and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable insights and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor the implementation of quality improvement initiatives and track progress against established KPIs.
  • Stay updated on international healthcare standards (e.g., JCI, ISO) and ensure alignment with best practices.
  • Train and educate healthcare professionals on audit processes, patient safety protocols, and quality assurance methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, Public Health, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical auditing, quality assurance, or healthcare compliance.
  • Certification in Clinical Audit, Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma), or Patient Safety is highly desirable.
  • Proven expertise in data analysis, statistical tools, and audit software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, or specialized healthcare platforms).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations (e.g., JCI, WHO, or local Indonesian health standards).
  • Excellent communication, report-writing, and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
