Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in A&E, including triage, wound management, and vital sign monitoring.
- Assist doctors and senior nurses in emergency procedures, medication administration, and patient stabilization.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Monitor and respond to patient conditions, escalating critical cases to senior staff as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a sterile, safe working environment.
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and follow-up procedures.
- Work rotating shifts (day, night, and evening) with flexibility to meet departmental needs.
Qualifications
- Valid Enrolled Nurse certification (local or internationally recognized, with eligibility to practice in Indonesia).
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in A&E, critical care, or general nursing.
- Strong knowledge of emergency nursing protocols, including CPR and first aid.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with a commitment to ethical care.
- Willingness to work all three shifts (morning, afternoon, night) as required.
- Basic computer literacy for electronic health record (EHR) systems.
