Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of patient engagement specialists to deliver exceptional service and support.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and streamline engagement processes.
- Monitor and analyze patient feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous service enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical staff and administrators, to ensure aligned and patient-centered care.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Patient Engagement Centre, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and organizational policies.
- Design and execute training programs to upskill team members in communication, problem-solving, and patient care best practices.
- Manage performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting to track the centre’s success and present insights to senior leadership.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that prioritizes patient needs and team well-being.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, patient services, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing teams and improving service quality in a medical or customer-facing environment.
- Strong understanding of patient engagement strategies, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to assess performance and drive decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural setting with a high degree of adaptability and emotional intelligence.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
