We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Officer (Alkes) to join our team in Yogyakarta.
As a Medical Sales Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by promoting our range of medical equipment and supplies (Alkes) to key customers, including Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes), Dinas Sosial (Dinsos), government hospitals, and private healthcare providers. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and achieve sales targets will be critical to your success in this role.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for medical equipment and supplies (Alkes).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in Dinkes, Dinsos, government hospitals, and private healthcare facilities.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate clients on the benefits and features of our medical products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and expense documentation in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the healthcare sector.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, product knowledge, and best practices in medical sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare product distribution.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2G environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with healthcare professionals and government officials.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, healthcare systems, and the regulatory landscape in Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory (Yogyakarta and surrounding areas).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software is a plus.
