Responsibility
- Perform advanced skin treatments, including laser therapy, chemical peels, microneedling, and injectables (e.g., Botox, fillers) under the supervision of dermatologists.
- Develop and implement personalized patient care plans in collaboration with the medical team to achieve optimal skin health outcomes.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including skin analysis and medical history reviews, to determine appropriate treatment protocols.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, skincare routines, and lifestyle recommendations to enhance treatment efficacy.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure safety and satisfaction.
- Adhere to strict infection control and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe and sterile clinical environment.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dermatology and aesthetic medicine through continuous education and training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license (STR) from the Indonesian Nursing Council (PPNI).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in dermatology, aesthetic nursing, or a related field.
- Certification in aesthetic procedures (e.g., laser therapy, injectables) is highly desirable.
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
