Responsibility
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide exceptional patient service by greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing medical records, processing paperwork, and coordinating with healthcare providers.
- Ensure clinic or pharmacy areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Handle cash transactions and insurance claims with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with medical staff to streamline workflows and improve patient experience.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA (or local equivalent) guidelines when handling patient data.
- Assist in basic clinical duties such as taking patient vitals or preparing examination rooms (if applicable to the role).
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, or related fields (or relevant work experience).
- Prior experience in pharmacy, clinic, or administrative roles is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, electronic health records).
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
