Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients in the ICU, including post-operative, trauma, and medical cases.
- Monitor and assess vital signs, lab results, and patient responses to treatments, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Operate and maintain advanced medical equipment (ventilators, ECMO, IV pumps, monitors) with precision.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions under physician supervision.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (doctors, respiratory therapists, pharmacists) to develop and execute patient care plans.
- Document accurate, real-time patient records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients’ families during high-stress situations.
- Participate in emergency response protocols, including code blue scenarios and rapid patient stabilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent) with a valid nursing license (Indonesian or internationally recognized).
- Minimum 2+ years of ICU/CCU experience in a hospital setting; ACLS/BLS certification is a plus.
- Proven expertise in critical care nursing, including ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and emergency procedures.
- Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and ICU-specific software.
- Demonstrated compassion, resilience, and adaptability in high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) as required.
