Biosite Medical Instruments, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Clinical Application Specialist to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the technical and clinical expert for our hemodialysis and renal care solutions, ensuring optimal product performance and customer satisfaction in healthcare facilities.
As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge medical technology and patient care, providing training, troubleshooting, and clinical support to healthcare professionals. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving patient outcomes in renal care while driving the adoption of Biosite’s innovative medical instruments.

Responsibility
- Provide on-site and remote clinical training to healthcare staff on the proper use of hemodialysis machines and related medical equipment.
- Conduct product demonstrations and in-service education for nurses, technicians, and physicians.
- Offer technical and clinical support during equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Monitor and report on equipment performance, user feedback, and potential improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols for medical device usage.
- Develop and update training materials, manuals, and clinical guides for end-users.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare field (required).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hemodialysis, renal care, or medical device support.
- Strong clinical knowledge of dialysis procedures, patient care, and medical equipment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proven ability to train and educate healthcare professionals on complex medical technologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO) for medical devices is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
