Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategies to increase patient referrals from local and international healthcare providers.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and medical practitioners in Bali and beyond.
- Coordinate with the Australian clinical team to ensure smooth patient onboarding and continuity of care.
- Monitor referral pipelines, track performance metrics, and report on engagement outcomes.
- Organize and participate in healthcare networking events, workshops, and outreach programs.
- Educate partners on service offerings, protocols, and patient eligibility criteria.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns for referral growth.
- Provide exceptional support to referring entities, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare coordination, sales, or partnership development.
- Proven track record in building and managing referral networks or client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, medical terminology, and compliance standards.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
