Responsibility
- Provide medical case review and analysis for legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with legal teams to interpret medical records, terminology, and procedures for litigation support.
- Assist in preparing medical reports, chronologies, and summaries for law firm clients.
- Liaise with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and clients to gather and verify medical information.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA/data protection standards for all case-related materials.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss case progress and provide medical insights to non-clinical stakeholders.
- Stay updated on medical-legal trends and best practices in healthcare documentation for legal purposes.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into case management systems.
Qualifications
- Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PhRN) license is required.
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical nursing experience (hospital, clinic, or BPO healthcare roles preferred).
- Experience in medical case management, transcription, or legal support is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2/C1 level).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).
- Ability to analyze complex medical data and present it clearly to non-medical audiences.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bali (relocation support may be provided).
