Responsibility
- Lead and supervise medical staff to ensure high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement health policies, protocols, and emergency response plans in alignment with national and international standards.
- Provide direct medical consultation, diagnosis, and treatment to students, faculty, and staff.
- Oversee the university’s health clinic operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with local health authorities to coordinate public health initiatives and disease prevention programs.
- Conduct health education workshops and training sessions for the university community.
- Monitor and report on health trends, outbreaks, and compliance with health regulations.
- Serve as a liaison between the university and external healthcare providers for referrals and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree from a recognized institution, with a valid medical license.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in public health, occupational health, or institutional healthcare settings.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage medical emergencies effectively.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are a plus.
