As our Occupational Health Nurse, you will be the frontline healthcare provider, ensuring a safe, healthy, and productive workplace. You’ll collaborate closely with our Health and Safety Committee to implement proactive wellness programs, respond to medical emergencies, and foster a culture of safety and prevention. Your work will directly contribute to reducing workplace injuries, promoting employee well-being, and maintaining compliance with local and international health standards.

Responsibility
- Provide on-site medical care and first aid to employees, assessing and treating minor injuries and illnesses promptly.
- Develop and implement health and safety programs, including health screenings, vaccination drives, and wellness initiatives.
- Coordinate with local hospitals and healthcare providers for emergency referrals and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Conduct workplace hazard assessments and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with the Health and Safety Committee to investigate incidents, analyze trends, and propose preventive measures.
- Educate employees on health best practices, including ergonomics, hygiene, and disease prevention.
- Monitor and manage occupational health compliance with local labor laws and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S.Kep) and a valid Indonesian nursing license (STR).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational health, industrial nursing, or emergency care.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and first aid protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Familiarity with medical record-keeping systems and digital health tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
