Responsibility
- Implement individualized ABA therapy programs for children with autism and developmental delays, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
- Teach and reinforce social, communication, cognitive, and motor skills through structured and naturalistic teaching methods.
- Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in clinic, home, or community settings, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Collect and analyze data on child progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed to maximize outcomes.
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), parents, and caregivers to develop and review treatment plans.
- Provide parent training and support to ensure consistency in skill generalization across settings.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions, progress notes, and behavioral data.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development workshops to enhance clinical skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field (preferred).
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification within 3 months of hire.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (experience in ABA therapy is a plus).
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques, including discrete trial training (DTT), natural environment teaching (NET), and positive reinforcement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and team members.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their developmental growth.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is an advantage.
