Responsibility
- Operate X-ray and other diagnostic imaging equipment to produce high-quality images for medical analysis.
- Ensure strict adherence to radiation safety protocols to protect patients, staff, and yourself.
- Position patients correctly and explain procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation during imaging.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper labeling and storage of radiographic images.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs to the technical team.
- Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to provide precise and timely diagnostic support.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in radiography techniques and equipment.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, infection control, and patient confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Radiography, Medical Imaging Technology, or a related field.
- Valid radiography license or certification recognized in Indonesia.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiographer or X-Ray Technician in a clinical setting.
- Proficient in operating X-ray machines, CR/DR systems, and other diagnostic imaging equipment.
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety, anatomy, and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
