Responsibility
- Provide personalized nursing care to seniors in homes, hospitals, or nursing facilities.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage patient records accurately.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Assist with daily living activities (e.g., mobility, hygiene, feeding) with dignity and respect.
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.
- Respond to emergencies and escalate concerns to senior staff as needed.
- Maintain compliance with SNB regulations and Homage’s clinical standards.
- Document care activities and patient progress in digital systems.
Qualifications
- Valid SNB (Singapore Nursing Board) license for Registered or Enrolled Nurses.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in geriatric, home, or hospital care.
- Strong knowledge of nursing protocols, infection control, and patient safety.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic environments.
- CPR/BLS certification preferred.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with cultural sensitivity.
- Willingness to travel within Bali’s key areas (Canggu, Ubud, etc.).
