Responsibility
- Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with hospital standards and best practices in allied health or pharmacy.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct assessments, diagnostics, and therapeutic interventions as per professional guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and hospital policies.
- Participate in continuous professional development programs and training sessions to stay current with industry advancements.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, medication adherence, and therapeutic techniques.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and hospital-wide projects to enhance service delivery.
- Adhere to ethical standards, safety protocols, and infection control measures in all professional activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Radiography, or a related Allied Health discipline from a recognized institution.
- Valid professional license or registration to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (fresh graduates with exceptional academic records may be considered).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving healthcare needs.
- Familiarity with digital health records and hospital information systems is advantageous.
