Responsibility
- Perform a wide range of non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, and thread lifts, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficacy.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess individual needs, discuss treatment options, and develop personalized aesthetic plans that align with patients' goals and expectations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, including new techniques, technologies, and products, and apply this knowledge to enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, aestheticians, and support staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a luxurious clinic setting.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and follow-up care, in compliance with clinic protocols and regulatory standards.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, potential risks, and realistic outcomes to ensure informed decision-making and optimal results.
- Participate in clinic marketing initiatives, such as community events, workshops, or social media campaigns, to promote UR Klinik’s services and attract new patients.
- Adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional guidelines governing aesthetic medicine, including obtaining informed consent and maintaining patient confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution, with full registration and licensure to practice medicine in Indonesia.
- Specialization or certification in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or a related field, with a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
- Proficiency in performing advanced aesthetic treatments, such as botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, laser therapies, and skin rejuvenation techniques.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to assess patient suitability for various aesthetic procedures, including identifying contraindications and managing complications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds and explain complex medical concepts in an accessible manner.
- Commitment to continuous professional development, including attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions to stay current with industry trends.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Russian, Japanese) are a plus for serving international patients.
- Passion for aesthetic medicine and a patient-first mindset, with a focus on delivering natural, harmonious results that enhance patients' confidence and well-being.
