Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Apply Japanese physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy, stretching, and movement re-education, under expert guidance.
- Design and implement rehabilitation programs tailored to patientsā needs, tracking progress and adjusting treatments as required.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, posture correction, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with clinical standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy, particularly Japanese methods, through continuous professional development.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and healing experience for all patients.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Physiotherapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid Indonesian physiotherapy license (STR) and professional certification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy, preferably in orthopedic, neurological, or sports rehabilitation.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic exercises.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and apply Japanese therapy techniques with dedication.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
