Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and healthcare standards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring individualized treatment and recovery support.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, with strict adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing critical care and stabilizing patients as needed.
- Uphold infection control policies and maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
Qualifications
- BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active PHRN (Professional Healthcare Registered Nurse) license in the Philippines.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting, preferably in medical-surgical, emergency, or critical care units.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and patient care techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Proven ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and medical documentation systems.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia, with a commitment to long-term employment.
