Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive patient consultations to assess aesthetic goals, medical history, and suitability for treatments.
- Administer evidence-based aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and chemical peels.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs, ensuring optimal results and safety.
- Monitor patient progress, provide post-treatment care, and address any complications or concerns promptly.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, including new techniques, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, aestheticians, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with medical and legal standards.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, as well as long-term skincare and wellness strategies.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution, with a valid medical license to practice in Indonesia.
- Board certification or specialized training in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or plastic surgery (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in aesthetic medicine, with a proven track record of successful treatments.
- Proficiency in performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures, such as injectables, lasers, and energy-based devices.
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, skin physiology, and the aging process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with international clients.
- Commitment to patient safety, ethical practices, and continuous professional development.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Russian) are a plus.
