Responsibility
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection with accuracy and care.
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of specimens to maintain integrity.
- Follow strict infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff.
- Maintain detailed records of patient information and test results.
- Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and confidence during procedures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field.
- Valid RMT license and certification in phlebotomy.
- Proven experience in blood collection and laboratory procedures.
