Responsibility
- Greet and register patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in the clinic’s management system.
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient preparations, including taking vital signs and escorting patients to examination rooms.
- Manage appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and reminders to optimize clinic workflow and patient experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, ensuring all medical supplies and equipment are sterilized and readily available.
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, billing, and processing insurance claims with precision and confidentiality.
- Provide clear and compassionate communication to patients regarding procedures, wait times, and post-visit instructions.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring and restocking medical supplies and medications.
- Uphold strict adherence to healthcare protocols, hygiene standards, and patient confidentiality (HIPAA/GDPR where applicable).
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent certification).
- Proven experience (1+ years) in a clinical, hospital, or GP setting is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset.
- Proficiency in basic medical terminology, EHR/EMR systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or willingness to obtain it.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards, teamwork, and continuous learning.
