Responsibility
- Provide specialized nursing care in Operating Theater, ICU, or Emergency Room settings, adhering to clinical protocols and standards.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering treatments and medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring sterile environments and patient safety in the operating theater.
- Respond to medical emergencies with urgency, stabilizing patients and coordinating with healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including vital signs, treatments, and progress notes.
- Educate patients and families on post-operative care, recovery processes, and health management.
- Collaborate with doctors, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Uphold infection control and hygiene standards to prevent healthcare-associated infections.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid Indonesian Nursing License (STR) and certification in specialized areas (e.g., ICU, OR, ER) is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Operating Theater, ICU, or Emergency Room nursing.
- Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, emergency response, and critical care management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and medical teams.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments with composure and efficiency.
- Familiarity with medical equipment and technology used in specialized units.
