Responsibility
- Administer chemotherapy and other specialized oncology treatments under physician supervision.
- Monitor and assess patient vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses with precision.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families navigating cancer treatment.
- Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families on treatment processes, side effects, and self-care strategies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Assist in emergency interventions and manage oncology-specific complications.
- Participate in continuous professional development and oncology training programs.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indonesia (STR and SIP).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with oncology/chemotherapy experience highly preferred.
- Certification in Oncology Nursing (e.g., OCN) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of chemotherapy protocols, IV therapy, and symptom management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support patients and families.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, emotionally demanding environment with empathy and resilience.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Commitment to ethical standards and patient confidentiality.
