Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
- Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and counseling to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring of pharmaceutical supplies to ensure availability.
- Collaborate with doctors and nurses to optimize patient treatment plans and medication regimens.
- Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international pharmacy regulations and protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medication histories.
- Educate patients on proper medication usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
- Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical advancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Valid and current Pharmacist License (recognition in Indonesia is a plus).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in medication dispensing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
