Responsibility
- Administer and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Coordinate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely benefits disbursement and compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of benefits programs to ensure accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide clear and empathetic communication to employees regarding their benefits, eligibility, and enrollment processes.
- Develop and distribute benefits-related documentation, including guides, FAQs, and policy updates.
- Assist in the onboarding process by explaining benefits packages to new hires and addressing their queries.
- Monitor industry trends and legislative changes to recommend updates or improvements to existing benefits programs.
- Maintain confidential employee records and ensure data privacy in compliance with healthcare and labor laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, local labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex benefits information clearly.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Empathy and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
