Responsibility
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control protocols and healthcare standards.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, providing immediate and appropriate care.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay updated with medical advancements.
- Assist in medical procedures and surgeries as required, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Qualifications
- Valid Nursing License recognized in Indonesia or equivalent international certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical procedures, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
