Responsibility
- Screen and recruit eligible patients for clinical research projects in compliance with study protocols.
- Conduct preliminary health assessments and verify patient eligibility criteria.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with research coordinators and principal investigators to ensure smooth study execution.
- Provide clear and compassionate communication to patients regarding study objectives and procedures.
- Monitor and report adverse events or protocol deviations to the research team.
- Assist in the preparation of study documentation and regulatory submissions.
- Uphold ethical guidelines and patient rights throughout the research process.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license in Indonesia or equivalent international certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in research or a related field.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial protocols and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse patient populations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary research team.
- Proficiency in medical documentation and electronic health record systems.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including occasional weekends or evenings.
