Responsibility
- Oversee nursing operations across multiple facilities within the cluster, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of nursing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with healthcare administrators and medical staff to align nursing practices with organizational goals and patient needs.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure the availability of adequate resources, including staffing, equipment, and supplies, to support high-quality patient care.
- Drive initiatives to improve patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency.
- Represent the nursing department in meetings, committees, and other forums, advocating for the needs and interests of nursing staff and patients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 10 years of nursing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing nursing operations in a multi-facility or cluster setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
